Scientists in Ivory Coast, Africa are trying to sell a rare coconut tree for 1 million dollars. The tree has 3 heads instead of one. It produces up to 150 large coconuts per year opposed to the normal 30-80. They say that most trees that come out like this are usually because an insect got to it, but it appears to be undamaged. They want to plant more like this one to see if it is genetic but it will take up to 20 years to know. It is being sold for such a high price because they need money to hire new researchers.
